Don’t get me wrong I always love a little black dress type of moment when it comes to evening wear, but in today’s blog post I thought I share some different night outfits that are casual yet still stylish for fall. I pulled together 3 chic looks for 3 different occasions!
The first look is this beautiful long sleeve vintage dress. I’m a sucker for neutrals so when I saw this at Salvation Army Thrift Store, I instantly knew it was for me. One of my favourite ways of styling dresses for fall is to wear them with boots. It instantly adds a sophisticated look and it also covers your legs for whose windy fall days! So I finished the look off with a belt to cinch in the waist and a cute vintage purse. And little did I know that this would be outfit that I would be getting proposed in! Stay tuned for some fun wedding decor DIYs!
This next look is a casual one but it can also be worn for evening wear. I would wear this type of look when I’m going out for drinks with the girls or for a cozy date night type of look. For this outfit I wore this beautiful long camel coat and paired it with this cozy brown turtleneck sweater, some black denim, and some cute booties. It screams city chic and is also makes you feel and look sophisticated.
My final look is something that I recently wore to an evening event where there would be drinks and live music. So I would call this my party in the front (because of the lace) and my business all around (cause of the blazer). I wanted to go for an all black look because when in doubt, wear all black for an evening outfit because I always find that black outfits always look more expensive, put together, and chic! I wore a lace bodysuit underneath my plaid blazer, and finished off the entire look with black pants, combat boots, and a black purse.
So those are all 3 looks that I put together for an evening night out. It’s crazy to see what you can make use of when you find pieces that screams you from Salvation Army Thrift Store!
